The City of Cleveland went 52 years between championships. That drought ended on Sunday night when the Cavs outlasted the Warriors in Game 7 of the NBA Finals. And now that LeBron and Co. overcame overwhelming odds (the Cavs trailed 3-1 in the series, the Warriors won a record 73 games during the regular season), it's given hope to other beleaguered fan bases.

Which brings us to the Dallas Cowboys.

This isn't just a gratuitous hitch-your-wagon-to-the-king tweet from the Cowboys' Twitter account. James is a Cowboys fan, and is occasionally mentioned as a legit NFL tight end prospect.

Either way, Dallas fans are hoping some of LeBron's good fortune rubs off on a Cowboys outfit that last won a Super Bowl in January of 1996.
