Darnell Dockett fined for stamping on Rams player's hand

Steelers center Cody Wallace wasn't the only player fined this week for what some might refer to as gamesmanship (others, meanwhile, would just call it very, very wrong and leave it at that). Cardinals defensive lineman Darnell Dockett is also $7,875 lighter in the wallet after stamped on the hands of Rams guard Chris Williams last week.

It's hard to argue that Dockett's actions weren't intentional. Then again, Wallace tried to say he mistook Randy Starks' arse for the football.

Either way, stamping -- or probing -- is still a cheaper alternative to unnecessary roughness penalties, which will currently set a player back $10,000.
