Eagles cornerback Cary Williams is known to speak his mind. So it's not completely unexpected that he offered up some unvarnished thoughts on the Patriots, who will practice with the Eagles from Aug. 12-14.

"They are cheaters," he said, referring to the Spygate scandal from seven years ago, via Philly.com.

And, it turns out, Williams' isn't particularly fond of joint practices with the aforementioned cheaters, a development that dates back to his days as a member of the Ravens.

"I give them all the credit in the world, but one fact remains: They haven’t won a Super Bowl since they got caught," Williams said, echoing themes that the anti-Pats crowds have been bringing up for years.

"To me, it’s not benefiting us, because they’ve already proven who they are," Williams said of the joint sessions in New England. "That’s their history. I don’t like them, not only because of that. I just don’t like them.”

But don't worry, Williams isn't a one-team hater. He's got room for other teams too.

I feel the same way about the Pittsburgh Steelers," he continued. "I don’t like them, either. That’s my upbringing. And now I’m starting not to like any team in this division.”

At the end of the day what Williams thinks doesn't matter; he's not the guy calling the shots and he knows it.

“I have a lot of things to say about that situation," Williams said, but "I’m Employee 26.”

In case you're wondering, "Employee 26" ranked 80th among 110 cornerbacks last season, according to ProFootballFocus.com. In related news: We wouldn't want to face Tom Brady, either.
