Roster cuts are, for the most part finished. And that means it's time for some actual, real-life football. (No offense, college football.)

With Labor Day in the mirror, Ryan and I break down the biggest cuts from the weekend, wondering what the Raiders were thinking with Tyler Wilson, if Tim Tebow's career is over, why the Browns don't have a kicker on their roster and much more.

We also look at Terrelle Pryor getting the starting nod in Oakland, Andy Reid's bad stretch run of draft picks for the Eagles (Danny Watkins was released and is heading to the Dolphins).

And we talk about the recent run of Heisman Trophy busts in the NFL: Tebow, Matt Leinart, Troy Smith and Jason White are all out of the NFL already or at least not likely to find a job quickly.

Finally, who's the biggest bust out of a much-hyped group that features Tebow, Jimmy Clausen, Leinart and Vince Young? Because none of those guys have jobs either.
