Jaguars to sit WR Cecil Shorts, CB Dwayne Gratz on Sunday

As expected, the Jaguars have ruled out wide receiver Cecil Shorts (hamstring) and cornerback Dwayne Gratz (concussion) for their Sunday battle against visiting Pittsburgh. Neither has practiced this week.
