Steelers linebacker James Harrison, 36 years young, is known as something of a workout warrior. After all, this is the same man who does 135-pound one-armed barbell presses for fun.

Harrison has posted another workout video, which must've come on a rest day, that shows him and fellow Steelers players reenacting the volleyball scene from Top Gun -- except they appear to have replaced the volleyball with a 10-pound medicine ball (of course they did).

The other participants in what Harrison describes as "danney ball"? Linebackers Ryan Shazier and Vince Williams, and safety Robert Golden. And while the rules vary slightly from volleyball -- apparently, you can catch and throw the ball over the next in danney ball, though it still can't hit the ground -- it's a sport that relies less on strategy than brute strength. Which, we're guessing, is the point.

Your move, Tom Cruise and Anthony Edwards.
