Colts owner Jim Irsay was ordered by an Indiana judge to testify in the custody hearing between Greg Martin and his ex-wife Jami Martin, the Indianapolis Star reported Wednesday.

Jami and the couples two children (both minors, ages 17 and 12) live in a house owned by Irsay and Greg is concerned by the "type of behavior and lifestyle" the children see as a result of their living situation.

In a June 17 letter written to the court (.PDF), Greg alleges Irsay was "three blocks" from Jami's house when he was arrested and charged with DWI in March of this year.

Greg's concerns stem from the presence of his children at Jami's house on the night of Irsay's arrest and time spent with Irsay on vacation.

"In addition, my children stay with him on occasion at his home, [redacted], Carmel, Indiana and stay with him on vacations, and his lake house on Culver Lake," Greg writes.

Greg subpoenaed Irsay for a hearing on July 16, 2014, requesting all of Irsay's real estate holdings related to Jami and the children and all travel and travel expenses related to Jami and the children. He also requests "all sources of income" from Irsay and Irsay's current medical treatment.

A motion to quash the subpoena was denied by Judge Thomas Gray.

In that motion, Jami's attorney Timothy O'Hara argued Greg's "lone goal is to haul Mr. Irsay into court and to put on a meaningless charade to somehow even the score with Jami." He also called the subpoenas "unduly burdensome, irrelevant, unreasonable, oppressive, filed with an improper motive and untimely under the trial rules."

Per the Star, the Martin's divorced in January of 2013 but have dealt with messy custody hearings and child-support matters since.

With Irsay involved -- and set to appear in court at some point in time -- it might only get messier.
