While the Ravens are in a bit of a holding pattern regarding Ray Rice, coach John Harbaugh told reporters he has spoken to his running back in recent weeks and that Rice and his fiancée are planning to attend a couples seminar.

Harbaugh and general manager Ozzie Newsome continue to say that the facts of Rice's legal case will determine the consequences, but for now, it's difficult to see Rice in the best light. Or as Newsome said at the NFL combine, it doesn't look good.

He and his fiancée, Janay Palmer, were arrested last month in Atlantic City and charged with simple assault-domestic violence. Rice's lawyers said there had been a 'very minor physical altercation,' but that storyline changed when this video emerged.

It appeared to show Rice dragging an unconscious Palmer out of the elevator and gave video evidence of the court summons that alleged Rice had struck her with his hand and knocked her out.

"It's very concerning," Newsome said at the combine. "Up until we get all of the facts, we'll allow the process to run its course. As coach Harbaugh said, we'll let the facts determine what the consequences will be."
