Justin Blackmon looks bad, wears Kobe jersey in DUI arrest video

Video of Blackmon's arrest emerged and it's not pretty. (FirstCoastNews.com)

Justin Blackmon's arrest for DUI is a nightmare for the wideout, a nightmare for the Jaguars, a nightmare for his agent (it reportedly impeded his contract negotiations) and potentially a nightmare for the NFL. And despite Blackmon apologizing and getting advice from teammates, it's a nightmare that won't go away.

First Coast News in Jacksonville obtained footage of Blackmon's arrest at the Oklahoma police station, in which Blackmon's seen, intoxicated, wearing a Kobe Bryant jersey (thankfully not a No. 24) and answering questions about his circumstances.

When asked if he's "married, single or divorced," Blackmon responds, "Um, neither" before stating "I mean I'm single."

Asked whether he's a beer or liquor drinker, Blackmon states that "I'm literally not a drinker."

And when the police inquire as to whether or not Blackmon's employed, he simply says "No."

Lucky for Blackmon, he actually is employed. His employer probably isn't thrilled about this video popping up, but there's not much to do about it at this point.

Blackmon already got nailed for drinking and driving, he already posted a terrifying large digit on his breathalyzer test, and he already apologized. That he looked intoxicated on video is embarrassing, but it's largely irrelevant -- it would be more concerning if Blackmon sounded sober while sporting a .24 BAC.
