LOOK: Lions logo gets erased, Ford Field now has Bills logo at midfield
The Lions logo has been replaced by the Bills logo at Ford Field.
The Bills are technically playing a home game against Jets on Monday, so the Lions and the NFL are doing everything possible to make it feel like a home game for Buffalo, and that includes painting the Bills logo on the 50-yard line at Ford Field.
The process started on Sunday when workers began erasing the Lions logo from Ford Field.
Up next, the grounds crew began the process of stenciling an outline of the Bills logo onto the field.
Once the logo was stenciled in, it was time to add some color.
That was followed by the finished product, which you can see at the top of the page.
The Bills logo won't be there for long though. The Ford Field grounds crew will have to remove them by Thursday because the Lions are hosting Chicago at the stadium on Thanksgiving.
