LOOK: Rob Gronkowski spent Valentine's with child battling cancer
Rob Gronkowski made a new friend on Valentine's Day.
It's been a wild two weeks for Rob Gronkowski. Since the Patriots won the Super Bowl back on Feb. 1, Gronk has done a little bit of everything, ranging from hanging out with Jay Z, to playing dodgeball at a hockey game to hitting on local television reporters.
However, not everything is fun and games for Gronk as the Patriots tight end showed on Valentine's Day that he also has a heart of gold.
Gronk was in New York on Feb. 14 and that's where he met 5-year-old James Fitzpatrick, a huge Patriots fan who's battling cancer.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft invited James and his family over to his residence where Kraft and Gronk presented James and his sister with their own Rob Gronkowski jerseys.

Before meeting Gronk, James was named "Commissioner for the Day" by the NYPD.
