Jason La Canfora | Eddie LacyIncluded him a list of young breakout players a while back -- the only rookie I put on the list. Everything is set up for him to flourish. I really like Bengals RB Gio Bernard as a strong candidate here, too.

Pete Prisco | Giovani BernardThey needed speed in the backfield in the worst way and he will give it to them. He has a chance to be a Darren Sproles-type.

Ryan Wilson | Tavon AustinThis is supposed to be the Rams' year. They have their franchise quarterback in Sam Bradford, and now they've added an explosive playmaker in Austin.

Will Brinson | Giovani BernardThe dynamic and diminutive running back won't be battling the Law Firm long. I predict he takes over most of the Bengals carries a quarter into the season. Add in Gio's pass catching prowess, an NFC North title and he'll be up there with the most impressive rookies.

Josh Katzowitz | Tavon AustinFinally (FINALLY!), Sam Bradford has some receiver weapons in St. Louis. Austin could be one of the scariest in the league at some point.

John Breech | Tavon AustinThere's a good chance Austin will lead the Rams in receptions, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns and every other receiving stat this season. If that happens, there's a good chance he wins the Rookie of the Year award. Cincinnati running back Giovani Bernard is my dark horse.
