D'Andre Swift expected to make first career start

The Lions are set to give rookie running back D'Andre Swift the first start of his NFL career, according to the NFL Network. Detroit will continue to use a mix of players in that backfield, but Swift will lead the way. This has been building for Swift, who rushed for 64 yards on nearly five years per carry in Week 9 against the Vikings. He also caught three passes for 33 yards in that loss.

Eagles inactives: Alshon Jeffery to make 2020 debut

Inactives: CB Craig James, WR J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, WR Quez Watkins, RB Jason Huntley, OT Brett Toth, QB Nate Sudfeld

Welcome to 2020, Alshon Jeffery. After missing time due to a calf injury, the Eagles receiver is officially active for Week 10, which was to be expected after practicing fully all week. Philadelphia also has running back Miles Sanders (knee) returning to lead the backfield rushing attack.

Panthers inactives: No McCaffrey

Inactives: QB Will Grier; RB Christian McCaffrey; LT Russell Okung; OL Michael Schofield; DT Bruce Hector; CB Stantley Thomas-Oliver; DB Sean Chandler

It didn't take long for Christian McCaffrey to remind us why he is fantasy football's most dominant weapon, but his return will be short-lived. McCaffrey is out this week with a shoulder injury after returning from the high-ankle sprain in Week 9. Mike Davis is expected to resume his role as the lead back in McCaffrey's absence. Starting left tackle Russell Okung is also a big loss for the offensive line.

Jaguars inactives: No Minsh, No Lavishka

Inactives: Laviska Shenault WR, Gardner Minshew QB, Devine Ozigbo RB, Luq Barcoo DB, Dakota Allen LB, Doug Costin DL, Brandon Linder OG

Two of the Jaguars' biggest offensive producers from earlier this season are out today in Gardner Minshew and rookie second-rounder Lavishka Shenault. That means rookie sixth-round QB Jake Luton gets his second NFL start in what should be a very windy day in Green Bay. The Jaguars are also without former starting guard Brandon Linder. It could be a very long day for the Jags on offense.

Washington inactives: Alex Smith back as an NFL starter

Inactives: QB Kyle Allen OT Geron Christian LB Jared Norris LB Thomas Davis Sr. WR Robert Foster WR Dontrelle Inman

Although we feel for Kyle Allen, it's awesome to see Alex Smith get another chance to start an NFL game -- his first since the gruesome injury he suffered more than two years back. Smith will have had the full week of practice to work with the first-team offense for the first time this season and could add more juice to that Washington offensive attack.

Giants inactives: Golden Tate active

Inactives: WR Dante Pettis, LB T.J. Brunson, OL Kyle Murphy, OT Jackson Barton, DL R.J. McIntosh

New York will have Golden Tate for their Week 10 matchup with the Eagles after the receiver was limited throughout the week due to a knee injury that officially listed him as questionable. While the Giants will have Tate, Dante Pettis, who was recently acquired on waivers, will not suit up. Guard Will Hernandez is also active.

Lions inactives: Another week without Golladay

Inactives: WR Kenny Golladay, OL Halapoulivaati Vaitai, DT Nick Williams, LB Jarrad Davis, WR Jamal Agnew, QB David Blough, G Logan Stenberg

While the good news is that the Lions will get back Matt Stafford after he was forced to miss the final quarter of their Week 9 loss with an injury, they will have to wait another week for one of fantasy football's biggest disappointments due to injury -- Kenny Golladay. The star WR is out again and that means more work for Marvin Jones (who hasn't done a great job seizing the role).

Packers inactives: Alexander out, Tonyan in

Inactives: QB Jordan Love, CB Kevin King CB Jaire Alexander, S Will Redmond, LB Jonathan Garvin, WR Darrius Shepherd, DL Billy Winn

The Packers will be without corners Jaire Alexander (concussion, hand) and Kevin King (quad) for Sunday's matchup against Jacksonville. This is King's fifth-straight game that he's missed. As for Alexanders, he was officially ruled as doubtful on Friday, so his status isn't totally surprising. Green Bay will have tight end Robert Tonyan, who was listed as questionable due to an ankle injury that forced him to miss Friday's practice, for Week 10.

Buccaneers inactives: Davis cleared, Marpet still sidelined

Inactives: DL Khalil Davis, QB Ryan Griffin, G Ali Marpet, RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn

Starting left guard Ali Marpet will miss his second straight game due to a conucssion. Marpet continues to be in concussion protocol and was downgraded to out on Saturday. Meanwhile, corner Carlton Davis was given the green light to play after originally being listed as questionable due to a knee injury. Davids lead the Bucs secondary with four interceptions.

Bills-Cardinals total starting to dip

After a surge throughout the week that saw this total leap up as high as 56.5 after opening at 53.5, this number for Bills-Cardinals has started to fall on Sunday. The total hung at 56.5 as of Saturday afternoon, but Sunday has brought that number to chip down first to 56 and now sits at 55.5. This game is part of the later window on the NFL slate for Week 10, so it'll likely jockey throughout the afternoon. Buffalo overs are 6-21 this season with a combined points per game average of 52.8. The Cardinals, meanwhile, have scored 30 or more points in four straight games, the longest streak in franchise history.

Bengals gaining ground on Steelers

Pittsburgh was looked at as a 7.5-point favorite on Saturday, but that advantage has since dwindled. That line fell to Steelers -7 on Sunday morning and has since dipped even further to Steelers -6.5, not even giving the undefeated Pittsburgh squad a full touchdown edge. Despite a 2-5-1 record on the year, Cincinnati has been a solid squad to lean on, owning a 6-2 ATS record entering Week 10. They have also covered in three straight games.

Bucs fall below key number

After opening at Buccaneers -6.5, this number has dipped throughout the week and has fallen to Buccaneers -5.5 as of Sunday morning. Putting Tampa Bay below a six-point favorite against the Carolina Panthers could, in part, be due to the nightmare travel experience that the club faced on Sunday. Instead of arriving in Charlotte at around 4 p.m. ET as originally scheduled, the Bucs were delayed nearly seven hours and didn't land until 11 p.m. ET that evening. That turbulent travel on Saturday may have some bettors wondering if they'll come out flat.

TE injuries to know

T.J. Hockenson is questionable with a toe injury that forced him to miss a late-week practice. Keep an eye on this leading up to gametime. TE has been such a fantasy football wasteland that Hockenson is one of the most consistent options despite not having one breakout performance. The Vikings will be without second TE Irv Smith.

RB injuries to know

After placing Devonta Freeman on IR earlier this week, the Giants will move forward with Wayne Gallman as the lead back and Alfred Morris will spell him. Miles Sanders does not have an injury designation for this week so fire him back up in your lineups. Christian McCaffrey is out so Mike Davis will resume his role as the lead back. With David Johnson now placed on IR, Duke Johnson is expected to take over as the lead back in Houston. Kenyan Drake is listed as questionable and while he will be a game-time decision, we expect Arizona to play it safe and use Chase Edmonds as the lead back again in Week 10. Justin Jackson is out and now placed on IR -- the Chargers have promoted Kallen Ballage to the roster again and he will have a role in Week 10. Both Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde are out another week. Expect more work for DeeJay Dallas. Mark Ingram will also miss another week while David Montgomery is ruled out for his first game of the season.

Weather expected to impact multiple games

After a fairly mild weather Week 9, the November winds are rolling through and set to impact multiple Week 10 games. We start in Cleveland where the Browns-Texans game will feature sustained winds of 25+ mph and stronger gusts that could reach 50-mph. If anyone remembers the Raiders-Browns game in Cleveland two weeks back, you'll probably want to rush to grab the Browns-Texans under right now. In Green Bay, the weather report continues to worsen and we now expect sustained winds of 25+ mph with stronger wind gusts in that 50-mph range also a possibility.

Vikings-Bears hits key number

Riding into Week 10 with a ton of steam following consecutive dominant performances by Dalvin Cook, the Vikings are road favorites against the fumbling Bears, but should they be? If the Bears still do one thing really well it's stop the run and that makes this a poor matchup for Minnesota. Having said that, after hanging around as 2.5-point road favorites for almost the entire week, the line has moved to hit the key number with Minnesota now 3-point favorites over the Bears. We like Chicago in this one.

Raiders gain steam before settling around original line

It was a weird week of line movement for the Vegas Raiders as they welcome to Denver Broncos to their new home stadium for the first time. After opening as 3.5-point favorites over the Broncos, the line moved to 4.5 Sunday evening and they became 5-point favorites on Monday morning. The line remained there for the next three days before swinging back to 4.5 and now down to 4 points on Saturday.
