NFL Week 11 fantasy and gambling live updates: Latest odds, info on line moves, injuries and more

With Thanksgiving coming up, that can only mean one thing: We are approaching a pivotal part of the regular season as teams battle for division supremacy and postseason berths. The most anticipated game on the Week 11 Sunday slate is in Kansas City where the Chiefs take on the Cowboys. In the early action, the streaking Titans are seeking their seventh win in a row when they play host to the Texans as double-digit favorites. Meanwhile, the Ravens could be without Lamar Jackson (illness) against the Bears. That line dropped a point to Ravens -5 after Jackson was a late addition to the injury list as questionable.

And in prime time on Sunday night, Ben Roethlisberger was cleared from COVID-19 protocols and returns behind center for the Steelers for their key game out west against the Chargers. If you need a little help moving your way through all the hoopla from a fantasy and gambling perspective, you've come to the right place.

We're here to track all the betting and fantasy angles you need to know as we approach kickoff in Week 11, including line movements, injury updates, inactive lists, depth chart news, the buzz on the betting market, key information from our partners at Caesars Sportsbook and plenty more.

Sanders IN, Gainwell OUT

Miles Sanders returns from IR for the Eagles in Week 11 and that means rookie Kenneth Gainwell will be inactive. The Eagles will move forward in Week 11 with Sanders, Boston Scott and Jordan Howard. Considering his recent usage, specifically in the red zone, Howard is likely to remain some part of the game plan and this makes Sanders a risky FLEX play in his first week back after not finding much consistency before the injury. Steer away if you have better options.

UPDATE: Lamar Jackson is OUT, Huntley IN

Jackson arrived at Soldier Field on Sunday but will be OUT against the Bears with an illness. Tyler Huntley will be making his first career start at quarterback in his place. Huntley has dual threat capabilities and will likely be leaned on quite a bit as a runner in what should be a run-first game plan from Baltimore this week. He makes for a risky QB2 play in leagues that start multiple quarterbacks. This also is a major downgrade for rookie WR Rashod Bateman who was expected to have a chance at a breakout week with Marquise Brown inactive.

Mitchell out, is it Jeff Wilson time?

The 49ers will be without lead back Elijah Mitchell in Week 11 as the finger injury will keep him sidelined for at least this week. The expectation is that Jeff Wilson will get the start in place of Mitchell and this could be great news for anyone who has patiently stashed him on your bench in leagues with ample IR spots. However, rookie third-rounder Trey Sermon is expected to be active for this one after coming in as a healthy scratch last week. Sermon could end up carving out a role for this game, but Wilson makes for a nice speculative RB2 play with the chance for a lot more both from a volume and production standpoint.

Robinson active, will play in Week 11

James Robinson was the breakout free agent acquisition (though some were wise enough to draft him) of the 2020 season and he has carved out a nice follow up in 2021 so far when healthy. Robinson has been battling heel and foot issues this season, but he is expected to be active for Jacksonville in Week 11. His workload is uncertain, but he did a fine job with a bit of a scaled back workload last week. If active, he's locked in as a back-end RB2 with more upside and should be in most lineups.

Lamar Jackson a true gametime call

According to Ravens beat Jamison Hensley, Jackson is currently a true game-time decision after arriving at Soldier Field. Per Hensley, even if he plays, there's a concern of whether Jackson can play the entire game. Tyler Huntley is the backup. If you have Jackson in a two-QB or SuperFlex league, you probably don't have much room to maneuver and it makes sense to leave him in your lineups as even a few quarters of Jackson can outproduce some quarterbacks' full games. In start one-QB leagues, it's worth considering another QB if you have backup with an elite matchup.

CEH returns for Chiefs

The Chiefs have officially taken last year's first-round draft pick Clyde Edwards-Helaire off IR and he will play in Week 11 against the Cowboys. The bigger question is what will CEH's workload look like. According to NFL Network's James Palmer, the Chiefs will monitor CEH in warmups and determine how much he will play based on how he looks. With Darrel Williams coming in strong as of late, specifically in the passing game and red zone, CEH makes for more of a back-end FLEX play this week despite what should be a high-scoring game between Dallas and Kansas City.
