You might recall how we pointed you towards Richard Sherman's appearance on Discovery Channel's American Muscle (Wednesdays, 9 pm ET). Another NFL player will be back on the show this Wednesday: Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.

And on the show, Suh runs headfirst into "Tank Dog" a strength trainer on the show, who happens to be a Packers fan.

"Take that weak jersey off," Suh says when Tank walks in wearing a Packers jersey.

Tank then proceeds to inform Suh that "a lot of Packers fans don't like him" before unfurling a Packers championship banner (see: above)

"I'm trying to help bridge the gap between you and Green Bay fans," Tank says. "I don't want you trying to kill anybody on Green Bay."

"So you want me to just go out there and say hi to them?" Suh responds.

"I don't want you to kick them in the nuts like you did Schaub," Tank says.

Oh. Well then. Because they're on national television, Suh simply says "it's in the woods" over and over again, instead of beheading Tank.

Either way it results in a pretty hilarious/awkward encounter.

Suh also meated out on some 345-pound clean action, pointing out to Mike Martin of the Titans, also appearing on Muscle, he could show him how to be a man and lift weights.
