'Raiders fan' strips on Manchester airport tarmac, gets tased
A 'Raiders fan' stripped on a Manchester airport tarmac, tried to fight the pilot of his flight and eventually got tased by police.
Some headlines just write themselves, you know? But in case you couldn't figure it out: a man dressed in a Raiders shirt decided not to board his plane at the Manchester (England) airport and instead ventured onto the tarmac, threatened to fight the pilot and took off all his clothes.
This wasn't just a big-time Matt Flynn fan who finally reached the end of his rope though. Apparently this man, who fellow passengers described as intoxicated, got in an altercation with other passengers during the flight.
When the plane landed, he got down to his underwear -- black, duh -- and trying to fight the airplane pilot.
"He must have been drunk because when he came off the plane, he took his top off and shouted 'come on then' in a Manchester accent and was trying to get the captain to fight him," a witness told the Daily Mail. "Then he carried on taking all his clothes off. I have no idea why. The woman he was with gave him a slap for it."
Yes, that's right. Upon getting completely naked the man got slapped in the face by his girl, who was, for some reason, wearing Black Converse All-Stars and dress socks.
Homeboy also peed on the side of the terminal building and, when police arrived, was tasered. easyJet would like to apologize.
"The passenger had arrived into Manchester on flight EZY1328 from Malta," the company said in a statement after the incident. "The safety and security of its passengers and crew is easyJet's highest priority and, like all airlines, disruptive behaviour is taken seriously.
"The passenger was met by the police as a result of his behaviour."
England might not be willing to take the Raiders as a home team next year.
