UPDATE: The lone vote came from none other than Tony Dungy.
Tony Dungy cast the lone MVP vote for Bobby Wagner.

As one can imagine, the people of Twitter had some fun with it.
It's unanimous after a couple hours hanging with various press people: Tony Dungy voting for Bobby Wagner for MVP was totally insane.

Guys Tony Dungy presumably watched football this season and concluded that Bobby Wagner was the most valuable player #NeverForget

Tony Dungy actually believes the ridiculous things he says and does.

From now, until the end of time, when Tony Dungy is providing football commentary, this should be mandatory: @NFLRT pic.twitter.com/28t3lAlVT6

PHOENIX -- Bobby Wagner is an awesome linebacker and made a huge difference for the Seahawks run defense when he returned from injury. But he is not the 2014 NFL MVP nor does he deserve a vote for the 2014 NFL MVP. But someone gave him one anyway.
No, really. According to the AP, they received one vote for Wagner from a rogue voter (who should probably not be allowed to vote in the coming season).
Wagner played 11 games in 2014, which is the number one reason why you can't vote for him. Any sort of silly "his value was shown in his absence" logic is just ridiculous too, especially with the other candidates available.
Aaron Rodgers received 31 votes and won the award, while J.J. Watt of the Texans garnered 13 votes. DeMarco Murray and Tony Romo each received a pair of votes while Tom Brady and Wagner secured a single vote.
