Seahawks WR Percy Harvin takes vicious hit, returns to game
Seahawks WR Percy Harvin's return didn't even last one series after an illegal hit from Saints S Rafael Bush
Percy Harvin's return looked like it might not even last a series. One of the league's most dynamic players had been sidelined 15 regular-season games with a hip injury but said this week that he was "absolutely" playing in Saturday's AFC Divisional matchup with the Saints.
Harvin kept his word, but he was involved in just two plays: A five-yard loss on a swing pass and this vicious hit courtesy of Saints safety Rafael Bush:
Bush was flagged on the play and the Seahawks eventually settled for a field goal. Harvin, meanwhile, slowly made his way to the sidelines before he was taken to the locker room for further evaluation. But he returned a few minutes later and was on the field for the Seahawks' second series.
