Darrius Heyward-Bey exited Sunday's game against the Ravens with an injury during the second quarter. Heyward-Bey suffered the injury after trying to catch a deep pass from Ben Roethlisberger. He was carted into the locker room with just over 11 minutes remaining in the first half.
With Heyward-Bey (who was promoted to a starter earlier this week) out, the Steelers will now rely on Eli Rogers, Sammie Coates and Markus Wheaton to complement Antonio Brown -- who has yet to record a reception -- for the remainder of the first half and possibly for the rest of the game.
More details on Hayward-Bey's injury to come.
