Todd Bowles rethinking the QB position?
After Monday night’s loss to Arizona, Jets head coach Todd Bowles was adamant that Ryan Fitzpatrick would start at quarterback next week against Baltimore. A
A day later, Bowles admitted he has thought again about it.

“He did show some promise when he was in there,” Bowles said of Smith’s brief outing. “He understood the game plan. He did good for the drive he was in there.”
Smith went 4-of-6 for 31 yards passing, nearly lost a fumble, and was intercepted.
“There’s a possibility every week that there will be some changes made, as far as player-wise,” Bowles said. “When I discuss it with the staff, when they know, everybody else will know. If I decide to make a move, you’ll know.”
