Just before the confetti rained down on the field after Super Bowl 49, Richard Sherman found Tom Brady on the field. An amazing photo of Brady ignoring Sherman's offering of a handshake emerged.
It later turned out Brady actually did stand up and shake Sherman's hand and we learned, via Inside the NFLon Showtime Tuesday night, the Patriots quarterback told the Seahawks cornerback he's "a great player."
Brady's not wrong -- Sherman's one of the best in the business at his position. He proved as much by playing an impressive game in the Super Bowl despite dealing with a serious arm injury.
