Vince Young tweets he's 'READY' if Texans need him
Vince Young tweeted that he's "READY" to help the Texans if they need him.
The quarterback situation in Houston is dire. Matt Schaub is hurt and hated. T.J. Yates is a poor man's Matt Schaub.
But is the situation bad enough for the Texans to bring in someone like Vince Young? Vince Young certainly wants you to know that Vince Young is in shape and Vince Young is willing to help out Houston.
Let them know VY is in shape and ready to go! I always loved my birth place and everyone who lives in it IM READY— Vince Young (@VinceYoung) October 13, 2013
This isn't going to happen. We don't think anyway.
The Texans look terrible. They're getting shellacked by the Rams (the Rams) to the tune of 30-plus points. Gary Kubiak is challenging plays down 32 points. They are at DEFCON 3 in terms of 2013 being a serious disaster.
But even DEFCON 3 doesn't involve reading a tweet that Vince Young sent out and bringing him in to save the franchise. There's a reason he's out there using Twitter to try and land a job.
