WATCH: Joe Namath makes appearance on new 'Tonight Show'
Joe Namath (without his fur coat) appeared Monday to give his support to Jimmy Fallon.
Forgive yourself if you missed the first episode of the newly-reinvented "Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon as host (you couldn't have missed the tons of promos for it if you're watching the Winter Olympics, but then again, you're probably just watching CBS instead. As you should.).
Anyway, Fallon's debut was Monday night, and it was a monster show.
Particularly when Fallon did a bit where he was to collect $100 from everybody who ever said he would never, ever host the "Tonight Show."
Check out the 0:33 mark. That's when Joe Namath makes a brief appearance to drop off his C-note.
No word on why Namath wasn't wearing his fur coat. My guess: he hocked it so he could pay off Fallon.
