If you're aiming for a huge payout during Week 9 of the NFL season, Emory Hunt has your game plan.

He's currently on a blazing-hot streak, having won 15 of his past 21 picks against the spread, an elite-level 71.4 percent. Anybody who has followed his picks for those games has seen massive paydays.

Part of his success: Hunt played running back and has earned the nickname "The Czar of the Playbook." As CEO of Football Gameplan, he watches more game film than a lot of coaches. That's where he spots tendencies he can exploit.

Now, Hunt has a three-pick parlay for Week 9 with a 6/1 payout, and he's sharing it exclusively at SportsLine. If you bet $100 on it, you would make $600. That's a lot of clearance-sale Halloween candy.

One key part of this week's parlay: Hunt is going with the Raiders to cover at Miami as a three-point road favorite.

Considered a Super Bowl contender in the preseason, Oakland has been an under-performing squad. But the Raiders showed what they can accomplish two weeks ago, handing the Chiefs their first loss of the season.

Oakland fell last week at Buffalo, but gets back star running back Marshawn Lynch following a one-game suspension.

Miami's offense ranks dead last in the NFL in yards and points per game, and losing quarterback Jay Cutler didn't help. In Matt Moore's first start last week, the Dolphins were blown out 40-0 by a subpar Ravens squad, the third time they've scored six points or fewer in a game.

Now that Lynch is back, Hunt is expecting the Raiders to regain their form of two weeks ago, and he knows the Dolphins' offense won't be able to keep up.

SportsLine's Projection Model agrees, predicting a 22-18 victory for the Raiders that covers the small spread. Hunt doesn't think it will be that close.

He is also taking the points on a road underdog that hasn't hit on season expectations, but has shown signs of turning it around as it faces off against an overachieving squad showing cracks in its armor.

He's also very confident on one of the season's premier squads laying big points at home.
