McCoy rushed 32 times for 156 yards and a game-winning 21-yard touchdown run in Sunday's 13-7 overtime victory over the Colts.
McCoy was the only Bills skill player on either side to benefit from the blizzard-like conditions in upstate New York on Sunday, as he posted a season-best rushing total. With the passing game significantly compromised due to the weather, McCoy was shut out of the passing game for only the second time in 2017. However, he capped off what was already an outstanding fantasy day with his 21-yard scoring scamper in overtime, allowing Buffalo to escape with the win. The run put the multi-time Pro Bowler over the 1,000-yard mark in rushing yards for the season and sixth time overall in his storied career. He'll look to continue producing against the vulnerable Dolphins defense in Week 15.
McCoy rushed 15 times for 93 yards and brought in two of five targets for nine yards in Sunday's 23-3 loss to the Patriots.
McCoy made the most of his rather limited opportunities in a contest where game script became increasingly unfavorable to the running game. The multi-time Pro Bowler has now averaged between 6.1 and 8.8 yards per carry in three of his past four contests, although Sunday's 15 totes were the most he's logged in any of that trio of games. The nine-year veteran will look for a larger workload against the vulnerable Colts defense in Week 14.
Though McCoy (knee) didn't practice Friday, he doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
McCoy was held out of Friday's practice to manage some knee soreness, per Chris Brown of the Bills' official site but given that the running back isn't one of the seven players listed as questionable by the team, he's in line to suit up Sunday. The Patriots are allowing an average of 115.1 rushing yards per game this season, so McCoy looks to be in decent position for a bounce-back effort after parlaying 22 carries in Week 12 against the Chiefs into only 49 yards. The veteran back did chip in four catches for 30 yards to boost his overall line.
It seems that the Bills are just going the cautious route with McCoy, but his lack of participation Friday at the least leaves his status for Week 13 in question. There has been nothing to suggest that McCoy won't play this week, but fantasy players hoping to include him in lineups this week will still want to monitor his status. Fellow running back Mike Tolbert (hamstring) won't be available for the matchup with New England, leaving Travaris Cadet as the only fully healthy running back currently on the roster.
McCoy rushed 22 times for 49 yards while catching all four of his targets for 30 more in Sunday's 16-10 win at Kansas City.
McCoy couldn't get anything going on the ground despite tying for his third-heaviest rushing load of the season, averaging just 2.2 yards per carry in this one. His ability to do damage both as a runner and a receiver coupled with a voluminous usage rate make McCoy a dangerous option every week, but he's had some maddening performances for an inconsistent Buffalo offense.
