The Falcons signed offensive lineman Tyler Polumbus to a one-year contract, according to a report from ESPN.com.
Polumbus has played for the Broncos, Seahawks and Redskins in his career. With the Redskins, he played under Kyle Shanahan, who is now the offensive coordinator with the Falcons.
In his career, Polumbus has totaled 57 starts in 98 games.
Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson (shin) and linebacker Keenan Robinson (knee) were listed as inactive Week 14 vs. St. Louis. Safety Brandon Meriweather, quarterback Kirk Cousins, defensive lineman Kedric Golston, guard Josh LeRibeus and tackle Tyler Polumbus were also inactive.
The Redskins released their final injury report Friday and listed Jason Hatcher (knee), Chris Baker (chest) and E.J. Biggers (concussion) as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Rams.
