Report: Falcons sign OL Tyler Polumbus

The Falcons signed offensive lineman Tyler Polumbus to a one-year contract, according to a report from

Polumbus has played for the Broncos, Seahawks and Redskins in his career. With the Redskins, he played under Kyle Shanahan, who is now the offensive coordinator with the Falcons. 

In his career, Polumbus has totaled 57 starts in 98 games.

DeSean Jackson, Keenan Robinson among Redskins inactives Week 14

As expected, Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III (ankle) is inactive for Monday's game at Dallas. Also sitting out are wideout Aldrick Robinson, offensive tackle Tyler Polumbus (knee), guard Spencer Long, cornerback Greg Ducre , defensive end Jackson Jeffcoat and defensive tackle Clifton Geathers.

With Griffin inactive, Washington will start Colt McCoy.

Robert Griffin questionable on final Redskins Week 8 injury report

Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III (ankle) is listed as questionable on the team's final Week 8 injury report for Monday's matchup with the Cowboys.

Griffin hasn't played since Week 2 while recovering from a dislocated ankle, but he was able to get three limited practices under his belt this week. Even with the questionable tag, Colt McCoy is expected to start Monday night.

Cornerback Tracy Porter (hamstring) is also listed as questionable after being limited in practice all week. Safety Ryan Clark (ankle, shoulder) was limited in practice all week as well but is listed as probable. The team's other probables include running back Alfred Morris (ankle), defensive lineman Chris Baker (thigh), linebacker Perry Riley (knee) and offensive tackles Trent Williams (knee) and Tyler Polumbus (knee), all of whom practiced in full Saturday.

Redskins announce Week 6 inactives vs. Cardinals

The Redskins have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's Week 6 matchup against the Cardinals: quarterback Robert Griffin III (ankle), wide receiver Aldrick Robinson, guard Spencer Long, tackle Morgan Moses, cornerback CB Tracy Porter (hamstring) and linebackers Perry Riley (knee) and Jackson Jeffcoat.

Griffin and Porter were previously ruled out, but Riley carried a questionable tag before being deemed inactive for the game. On the positive side, tight end Jordan Reed (hamstring), safety Ryan Clark (ankle), linebacker Brian Orakpo (ankle) and tackle Trent Williams (knee) are all active after being listed as questionable on the team's final injury report.

The Redskins had several players with a probable designation who are active for Week 6, including defensive ends Kedric Golston (groing) and Jason Hatcher (hamstring), defensive tackle Frank Kearse (thigh), linebacker Akeem Jordan (knee), safety Trenton Robinson (ankle) guard Shawn Lauvao (knee) and tackle Tyler Polumbus (finger).

Seven Redskins have been deemed probable for their Sunday clash against the Cardinals.

They are defensive ends Kedric Golston (groin), Jason Hatcher (hamstring) and Frank Kearse (thigh), linebacker Akeem Jordan (knee), offensive linemen Shawn Lauvao (knee) and Tyler Polumbus (finger) and safety Trenton Robinson (ankle).

Only two Washington players have been ruled out - quarterback Robert Griffin III (ankle) and cornerback Tracy Porter (hamstring).

Many questionable players good to go for Washington

Washington should have plenty of their questionable players for Week 4 against the Giants.

Chris Baker, Jason Hatcher, Frank Kearse, Kory Lichtensteiger, Tracy Porter and Trenton Robinson were all questionable entering the game, but are active. 

The team will also have kicker Kai Forbath, Tyler Polumbus and Keenan Robinson. All three players came into the game as probable.

The Redskins released a long injury report for Thursday's game against the Giants.

Guard Shawn Lauvao (knee), defensive lineman Chris Baker (ankle/hip), defensive ends Jason Hatcher (hamstring), Frank Kearse (ankle) and Kedric Golston (groin), safety Trenton Robinson (abdomen), cornerback Tracy Porter (hamstring) and offensive lineman Kory Lichtensteiger (groin/rib/hip) all are questionable.

Linebackers Brian Orakpo (finger) and Keenan Robinson (shoulder), kicker Kai Forbath (groin) and offensive tackle Tyler Polumbus (knee) all are probable.

Trent Williams probable, Tyler Polumbus questionable

A pair of offensive linemen for the Redskins are dealing with injuries, but could be able to play through them in Week 2 against the Jaguars.

Tackles Tyler Polumbus (ankle) and Trent Williams (shoulder) were both able to practice Thursday and Friday without limitation. Williams is probable for Sunday's game, while Polumbus is still considered questionable.
