Price was promoted to Cleveland's 53-man roster Thursday.
Brice was added to Cleveland's practice squad in September after being waived by the Raiders. The Browns released defensive lineman Devaroe Lawrence to make space for Brice on the active roster. The 24-year-old will likely serve in a depth role behind starter Trevon Coley.
Price was waived by Oakland on Tuesday, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
