Hall underwent surgery Thursday to repair a torn pectoral, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Hall suffered the pectoral tear in Week 11 against the Patriots and confirmed he underwent the successful surgery. The Sam Houston State product racked up 34 tackles (19 solo) in his 10 games this season, as he'll now focus on getting fully healthy for the 2021 season. With Hall sidelined, Carlos Watkins and Charles Omenihu will both be candidates to handle increased snap counts.
Hall suffered a season-ending pectoral tear during Sunday's 27-20 win over the Patriots, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Hall's 2020 campaign will come to an end after 10 games, during which span he notched 34 tackles (19 solo) and one sack. In Hall's stead, Carlos Watkins and Charles Omenihu will both be candidates to handle increased snaps across from J.J. Watt.
Hall was forced out of Sunday's game against the Patriots with a chest injury.
Hall recorded two tackles (one solo) before his departure. The severity of his injury is unknown at this time, and he'll need a quick recovery with a Thursday matchup against Detroit on the docket.
Hall (illness) is active for Sunday's matchup against Green Bay.
Hall suddenly appeared on the injury report Saturday afternoon, though his reported illness was found to be a non-COVID issue. The 25-year-old is feeling well enough to log his sixth consecutive start, as Houston readies for a battle with Green Bay's third-ranked scoring offense. Hall is coming off what may be his finest performance of 2020 thus far, having recorded one QB hit and a season-high seven solo tackles against the Titans in Week 6.
Hall (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game versus the Packers.
Hall popped up on the injury report Saturday with an illness, and he'll need to make a quick recovery to play Sunday. At this time, the team doesn't believe his sickness is related to COVID-19. If Hall can't recover in time, Charles Omenihu is expected to start at defensive end opposite J.J. Watt.
Hall recorded six tackles and a sack in Sunday's 31-23 loss to the Vikings.
The 2018 second-round pick posted just 1.5 sacks over his previous 33 NFL games. However, with just two quarterback pressures through four games, it's unlikely this is the start of a new trend for Hall. His tackle numbers are appealing for IDP purposes, though.
Hall officially signed a contract with the Texans on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of The Houston Chronicle reports.
Hall was waived by the Raiders last week after failing a physical and thus nullifying an agreed-upon trade with the Vikings. However, whatever ailment was impacting the defensive tackle then does not appear to be an issue anymore.
Hall (undisclosed) is signing with the Texans, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The Raiders waived Hall last week after a failed physical nullified a trade with Minnesota. The 2018 second-round pick had 48 tackles and 1.5 sacks in two seasons for the Raiders, making 18 starts in 30 games. He'll likely be competing for a depth role with the Texans, assuming the issue that came up in his physical exam isn't too serious.
Hall (undisclosed) failed his physical with the Vikings, nullifying Monday's trade from the Raiders. After reverting to Las Vegas' roster, he was waived by the team, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
The Raiders initially waived Hall on Monday before the Vikings swooped in with an offer of a conditional seventh-round pick. That said, his health wasn't up to snuff, and he now finds himself subject to waivers.

Hall started 18 of a possible 30 games over his last two seasons with the Raiders. He ultimately recorded 48 tackles and 1.5 sacks in the process. The 2018 second-round pick will now get a fresh start with the Vikings.
The Raiders are cutting Hall on Monday, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
The 2018 second-round pick started 18 of his 30 games the past two seasons, tallying 48 tackles, seven QB hits and 1.5 sacks. Hall shouldn't have too much trouble finding another team to give him a look, though a starting job may be too much to ask.
Hall had 26 tackles (18 solo) and 1.5 sacks in 16 games (12 starts) this season.
The 2018 second-round pick saw a slight bump in playing time from his rookie campaign, averaging about a 50 percent share of defensive snaps. Maurice Hurst and Johnathan Hankins remain under contract for 2020, so Hall could see a similar workload next season.
Hall recorded four tackles in the team's Week 10 victory over the Chargers.
Hall had been battling an injury heading into the team's Week 9 tilt against the Lions but battled through the injury to appear for his usual allotment of snaps. That continued in Week 10, as he continued to split snaps with Jonathan Hankins and Maurice Hurst.
Hall (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's tilt against the Lions.
Hall seemed to pick up an injury at practice and was forced to have limited practice time throughout the week. Now healthy, the 2018 second-round pick is expected to assume his usual depth role on the defensive line.
Hall (ankle) is considered questionable for Sunday's tilt against the Lions, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
Hall presumably picked up a shoulder injury at Thursday's practice, as he was a full participant Wednesday but limited the rest of the week. Terrell McClain is currently the only interior lineman available to provide depth behind Maurice Hurst and Johnathan Hankins if Hall is ultimately unable to give it a go.
Hall (ankle) will suit up for Sunday's game against the Browns, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
The rookie missed the last two games with the injury. He recorded three tackles (two) solo in Week 1, his only action this season. Maurice Hurst will rotate in as well.

Hall (ankle) is officially listed as out for Sunday's matchup with the Dolpins.
No surprise here, as Hall was never really expected to suit up this week. He is still recovering from a shoulder injury he suffered in the Raiders' season-opening loss to the Rams. The rookie second-rounder will now set his sights on a Week 4 return.
Hall (ankle) is not expected to suit up against the Dolphins on Sunday, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Hall is still recovering from an injury sustained during Oakland's season opener and did not participate in Wednesday's practice. No timetable for the rookie second-rounder's recovery has been given, but his extended absence suggests that Hall won't be ready to retake the field in the near future. Maurice Hurst will continue to serve as the Raiders' starting left defensive tackle until Hall is fully recovered.
Hall (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Hall suffered an ankle injury in Oakland's season opener, which doubled as his NFL debut. The severity of Hall's injury remains unknown, but more information about the rookie second-rounder's status should be disclosed in the near future.
