Bell was cut by Buffalo on Tuesday, Matthew Fairburn of The Athletic reports.
Bell latched on this offseason as an undrafted free agent out of Fresno State. Although he was primarily a secondary player in college, he's likely to battle for a roster spot in the linebacking corps for another team around the league.
Bell signed a contract with the Bills on Monday, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Bell went undrafted out of Fresno State in 2019 and will now receive a chance to make Buffalo's 53-man roster. He primarily played in the secondary during college, but he's joining the Bills' linebacking corps.
