Harvey (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve Friday.
After suffering this shoulder injury in last week's game versus the Ravens, Harvey's season is likely over. Although he's eligible to return to the lineup Week 13 versus the Steelers, it's unlikely the Browns activate him, considering he was mainly used on special teams through his two games.
Harvey (shoulder) won't return to Sunday's game against the Ravens, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Harvey left the game late in the first quarter and, as evidenced by this news, it will knock him out of the rest of the game. With Harvey officially out, Sione Takitaki and Malik Jefferson likely will continue to see an increase in depth snaps. Though not a guarantee, it's likely the team will have an update on Harvey's status following the game or in the coming days.
Harvey (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Baltimore, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
It's unclear how Harvey suffered the injury, but he left the game late in the first quarter. With Harvey sidelined, Sione Takitaki and Malik Jefferson could be in line to see an increase in depth snaps.
The Browns will promote Harvey from their practice squad to the team's 53-man roster,Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
With Christian Kirksey dealing with a torn biceps, Harvey, who went undrafted out of Iowa State, will provide the Browns with some added linebacker depth heading into Sunday night's game against the Rams.
