Pridgeon was waived by the Browns on Tuesday, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
The 26-year-old opted out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19 concerns but won't be on the roster heading into the offseason. Pridgeon spent most of the 2019 campaign on Cleveland's practice squad.

Pridgeon will look ahead to rejoining the Browns in 2021. He becomes the fourth offensive lineman on the team to opt out this season.
