Bowen passed a physical Saturday and was removed from the Panthers' active/non-football injury list, Myles Simmons of the team's official site reports.

After spending less than a week on the NFI list, Bowen can get back to competing for a depth role on the interior of the Panthers' offensive line.

The Panthers placed Bowen on the non-football illness list, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Assuming he returns to health, Bowen will compete for a depth role on the interior line. He's an undrafted rookie who made 19 starts at Ohio State.
