Titans cornerback Brandon Harris has been placed on injured reserve with a left knee injury sustained last Tuesday, per The Tennessean.
The team has signed veteran center Fernando Velasco to take his place on the roster.
Harris participated in 11 games last season after playing in all 16 in 2013.
The Panthers will have Philly Brown, Thomas DeCoud and Melvin White on Saturday against the Seahawks.
All three players entered the game listed as questionable. Brown is dealing with a shoulder injury. DeCoud has a hamstring issue. White is battling an ankle injury.
The team will also have Derek Anderson, Charles Johnson, DeAngelo Williams and Fernando Velasco for the contest. All four players came into the game listed as probable.
