09/19/18DBJamal AgnewShoulderQUESTIONABLEAgnew logged 10 tackles, 18 yards on two receptions, nine yards on two carries, 196 yards on 11 kick returns, and 447 yards with two touchdowns on 29 punt returns over 13 games in 2017.

Agnew, a fifth-rounder out of the University of San Diego, did a little bit of everything his rookie season but made his name as a return specialist, where he was ultimately named a first-team All-Pro. He led the league in punt return yards, punt return touchdowns and punt return average (15.4). He isn't in the fantasy conversation in IDP formats or otherwise yet, but that could change if he somehow carves out a larger role on either side of the ball.

09/17/18DLEzekiel AnsahShoulderQUESTIONABLEAnsah (shoulder) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Ansah originally injured his shoulder in the season opener and was subsequently unavailable for the Lions' Week 2 loss to the 49ers. However, his availability for Wednesday's practice puts the defensive end right on track to make a return in Week 3, when the Lions host the Patriots.

09/16/18DBDarius SlayConcussionQUESTIONABLESlay (concussion) was absent from Thursday's practice, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

Since leaving the Lions' Week 2 loss at San Francisco with a head injury, Slay hasn't made any noticeable progress through the concussion protocol, a reality that caused Rothstein to speculate he "probably" won't be active Sunday night against the Patriots. The Lions have signed DeShawn Shead in the event Slay is unable to play, but Teez Tabor and Nevin Lawson figure to handle the primary cornerback reps in his absence.

08/25/18TEBrandon BarnesUndisclosedQUESTIONABLEBarnes (undisclosed) was waived from the Lions' injured reserve list Friday.

Barnes was placed on IR back in May after suffering his injury. It's unclear how severe the injury is, but if he can pass a physical, he'll be eligible to play for another team in 2018.
