12/17/17RBLeonard FournetteQUADRICEPSQUESTIONABLEFournette (quadriceps) isn't expected to play Sunday against the Texans, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.

With a postseason berth in sight, the Jaguars appear poised to give Fournette the day off due to an ailing quadriceps, which didn't allow him to practice this week. The development isn't an appealing one for owners in the midst of the fantasy playoffs, but reserve running backs Chris Ivory, T.J. Yeldon and Corey Grant have proved effective at certain junctures of the season. Among the trio, Yeldon may be the best bet to perform with 27 offensive touches over the last five games versus 20 for Ivory.

12/17/17WRAllen HurnsANKLEOUTHurns (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Though initially listed as a limited participant Thursday on the Jaguars' posted injury report, Friday's version now lists Hurns as a non-participant all week. In any case, Hurns is now set to miss his fifth straight game, leaving Marqise Lee, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole to head the team's Week 15 wideout corps.

12/17/17WRLarry PinkardCONCUSSIONOUTPinkard (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Pinkard sustained a concussion in last week's win over the Seahawks and wasn't able to make enough progress through the NFL's protocol in order to suit up in Week 15. The wideout has logged only eight offensive snaps this season, making just one catch for five yards.

09/18/17DBDoran GrantHeadQUESTIONABLEGrant (head) was waived from injured reserve Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

While it isn't clear if Grant is past the head injury that landed him on IR in the first place, he'll be eligible to sign with another team if he passes through waivers.

05/31/17WRBryan WaltersFootQUESTIONABLEWalters (foot) was released from the Jaguars' injured reserve list Wednesday, John Oehser of Jaguars.com reports.

Walters, who was placed on IR last week due to a foot injury, was expected to compete for punt-return duties for the Jaguars if healthy. The 29-year-old has spent time with the Chargers, Seahawks and Jaguars throughout his career, but he'll look to catch on elsewhere upon his eventual return to full health.

07/29/16WRJustin BlackmonSuspensionSUSPENDBlackmon (suspension) was handed a one-year suspended sentence and probation Wednesday, stemming from a misdemeanor DUI, the Florida Times-Union reports.

Taken fifth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Jaguars, Blackmon hasn't played in an NFL game since being suspended indefinitely back on Nov. 1, 2013 for a violation of the league's substance abuse program. Though he remains listed on Jacksonville's roster, the the 26-year-old wideout seems increasingly unlikely to play for the team again.
