Chiefs' Jarvis Jenkins: Gets injured in Saturday's win
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Jenkins sustained an elbow injury in Saturday's 30-13 win over the Chargers and didn't return.

A rotational defensive end, Jenkins has recorded just seven tackles and a sack in nine appearances this season. The Chiefs should know more regarding the extent of Jenkins' injury within a few days, but if he's forced to miss games with the elbow issue, it wouldn't register as a major blow to the Kansas City defense.

Chiefs' Kevin Pierre-Louis: Suffers shoulder injury Saturday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Pierre-Louis sustained a shoulder injury in Saturday's 30-13 win over the Chargers.

Prior to departing, Pierre-Louis produced three tackles and broke up a pass. The Chiefs should have more information regarding Pierre-Louis' health when the team resumes practicing Wednesday, but his potential absence Week 16 against the Dolphins would leave Kansas City without a key member of its inside-linebacker rotation.

Chiefs' Travis Kelce: Catches six passes versus Chargers
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Kelce caught six of seven targets for 46 yards in Saturday's 30-13 win over the Chargers.

Kelce finished second on the team in targets and catches, but he was unable to get loose outside of a 21-yard gain in the first quarter. This performance came on the heels of a consistent run of form for Kelce, who had at least 73 receiving yards in five of his previous six contests. He'll look to get back on track next week against a Dolphins defense that's struggled to contain opposing tight ends for much of the season.

Chiefs' Alex Smith: Throws two touchdowns versus Chargers
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Smith completed 23 of 30 passes for 231 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 30-13 win over the Chargers. He also gained 13 yards on three carries.

Smith completed an impressive 77 percent of his passes, posting 7.7 yards per attempt while connecting with seven different receivers. His two touchdown passes couldn't have been more different -- a 64-yard deep ball to Tyreek Hill in the second quarter and a three-yard dump-off to Kareem Hunt in the third. Smith had a 5:4 TD:INT over the previous four games as his team went 1-3, but this bounce-back effort was crucial in a divisional matchup with playoff implications. Now with a career-high 25 TD passes this year, the veteran will face off with a middling Dolphins defense next week.

Chiefs' Tyreek Hill: Scores long touchdown against Chargers
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Hill caught five of six targets for 88 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 30-13 win over the Chargers.

Most of Hill's receptions on the day were of the short variety, but an explosive 64-yard catch and run in the second quarter afforded him plenty of fantasy utility. This productive outing was significant for Hill, who has now set new career highs in catches and touchdowns while going over 1,000 receiving yards for the first time. Though he still relies on big plays for gaudy fantasy numbers, Hill has become a much more steady contributor on offense in his second NFL season and will look to continue as such next week against the Dolphins.
