Dolphins' Cody Parkey: Notches eight points
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Parkey made both of his field-goal and extra-point attempts en route to eight points in Sunday's 30-20 loss to the Buccaneers.

Parkey's scoring output matched his highest since Miami's season opener. Through 10 games, however, he boasts merely 47 points, and Sunday's trip to New England doesn't appear favorable either.

Dolphins' Kiko Alonso: Has 10 tackles in loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Alonso had 10 tackles, 1.5 for a loss, as Miami lost 30-20 to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Alonso also had another unnecessary roughness penalty on a quarterback for a late hit to Ryan Fitzpatrick in this game. While he might receive another dock in pay for the transgression, it's unlikely that he will be forced to miss the Week 12 game versus New England. Then again some might being forced to play against Tom Brady and the Patriots offense is punishment enough.

Dolphins' Julius Thomas: Hauls in all four targets
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Thomas had four receptions for 30 yards as the Dolphins lost to the Buccaneers, 30-20, on Sunday.

Thomas was only targeted four times during the contest but reeled each one in. He hasn't been the red-zone threat that some were hoping for after being reunited with Adam Gase, which seems unlikely to change in the near future. Now that bye weeks have completed, Thomas is a candidate to fall out of favor in the majority of formats.

Dolphins' Kenyan Drake: Poor game in loss
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Drake only had four yards on seven carries and 10 yards on one reception as the Dolphins lost to Tampa Bay 30-20 on Sunday.

Drake had been splitting the starting running back job with Damien Williams but disappointed fantasy owners with a poor performance Sunday. Part of the reason for his lack of touches could be that the Dolphins were trailing for most of the game, but more was expected of Drake coming off his 82 yards on the ground versus Carolina last Monday. He'll now set his sights on Week 12's matchup with the Patriots.

Dolphins' Matt Moore: Still viewed as backup
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Dolphins coach Adam Gase suggested Monday that Moore will remain the backup if Jay Cutler (concussion) is healthy enough to play Week 12 against the Patriots, James Walker of ESPN.com reports.

Gase apparently isn't buying into the idea of a quarterback controversy, perhaps remembering Moore's calamitous performance as the starter in a 40-0 loss to the Ravens back in Week 8. Moore undeniably has been effective as a mid-game replacement for Cutler on two occasions this season, highlighted by his 282 passing yards in the second half of Sunday's 30-20 loss to the Buccaneers. While Cutler's seat undoubtedly is getting warm, it sounds as if Moore will only get the Week 12 start if his teammate fails to clear the concussion protocol in time for Sunday's game.
