Jets' Quincy Enunwa: Sidelined multiple weeks
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Enunwa will be sidelined 3-to-4 weeks with a high-ankle sprain, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Enunwa leads the Jets in targets (43) by a wide margin this season. However, he's only turned that into 22 receptions for 287 yards and one touchdown, while Robby Anderson has acted as the team's deep threat. Enunwa's absence will lead to an uptick in looks for Anderson, Jermaine Kearse and Terrelle Pryor. His nearest return likely is Week 9 against the Dolphins.

Jets' Elijah McGuire: Could come back from IR
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

McGuire (foot) is eligible to return to practice this week but coach Todd Bowles said no decision has been made, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

McGuire could be activated to play in Week 9's game against the Dolphins. With Trenton Cannon being kept out of the Jets' game plans, McGuire could be a solid complement to Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell. McGuire rushed 88 times for 315 yards and one touchdown while catching 17 of 26 targets for 177 yards and a score in 2017.

Jets' Quincy Enunwa: Sprains ankle Sunday
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Coach Todd Bowles said Enunwa has been diagnosed with a sprained ankle, but he's unsure of the severity, Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record reports.

Enunwa was knocked from Sunday's eventual win against the Colts in the first half and didn't return. After undergoing an MRI on his ankle, he's confirmed to have an ankle sprain, which one can play through (if it's low) or may require multiple weeks to recover from (if it's high). Bowles and the Jets likely will confirm whether he has a chance to play Sunday against the Vikings in the coming days.

Jets' Marcus Maye: Will miss multiple weeks with broken thumb
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Maye suffered a broken right thumb during the Jets' 42-34 victory over the Colts on Sunday, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports. The team hasn't laid out a definitive timeline for Maye's recovery, but he's expected to be sidelined for 3-to-4 weeks, per Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.

Maye was spotted with a cast on his right hand while exiting MetLife Stadium, so it's not too surprising that he's set to miss time due to the injury. The safety's recovery timetable could fluctuate based on how quickly the broken bone heals, but it appears Maye is in line to miss multiple games with the injury, at the very least. While Maye is sidelined, Doug Middleton and Terrence Brooks could see added reps at safety alongside starter Jamal Adams.

Jets' Darron Lee: Records third interception in Week 6
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Lee led his team with eight tackles (six solo) while adding a pass defended and an interception in Sunday's 42-34 win over the Colts.

Lee returned the interception 25 yards before being taken down. The coverage linebacker has really blossomed in his third season, having already recorded three interceptions through six weeks after failing to pick off a single pass in his first two seasons.
