Titans' Wesley Woodyard: Expected back Week 7
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Titans coach Mike Vrabel said Woodyard (shoulder) should return in Week 7, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Woodyard missed the Titans' last two contests after injuring his shoulder in Week 4. Jayon Brown has filled in as a starting linebacker in the interim. If Woodyard is able to return, look for him to resume his role as the starter while Brown moves to a backup slot.

Titans' Derrick Morgan: Expected to miss a few weeks
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Morgan (shoulder) will be out a few weeks according to head coach Mike Vrabel, Travis Haney of The Athletic reports.

Morgan exited Sunday's game with his shoulder injury. The specifics of the injury are unclear for the time being. Look for second-round pick Harold Landry to see extra time with Morgan sidelined.

Titans' Kevin Byard: Picks off pass
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Byard recorded six tackles and an interception in Sunday's 21-0 loss to the Ravens.

Byard turned in an opportunistic and athletic interception late in the second quarter after Logan Ryan tipped a Joe Flacco pass intended for Willie Snead. It was his first interception of the season, though he has played a consistent role in the Titans' defense this season, recording at least six tackles in four of six games. The third-year pro picked off eight passes last season, so he is no stranger to creating turnovers.

Titans' Jonnu Smith: Records one catch
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Smith hauled in his lone target for 12 yards in Sunday's 21-0 loss against the Ravens.

Smith made his first catch since Week 3 and has just three receptions through six games this season. Though it was assumed he would step into the role of injured Delanie Walker, that hasn't been the case. Smith has failed to command more than three targets in a game this season.

Titans' Taywan Taylor: Fails to make impact
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Taylor caught one of two targets for 13 yards during Sunday's 21-0 loss to the Ravens.

Taylor posted his second consecutive disappointing performance, falling off from what appeared to be a breakout performance in Week 4. However, he did manage to get behind the Ravens defense late in the first quarter for what should have been a long touchdown, only to be overthrown by Marcus Mariota. That play served as an appropriate illustration of the current state of the Titans' offense, which is operating at low volume and efficiency. That makes it difficult to imagine a scenario in which Taylor should be trusted heading into his Week 7 matchup against the Chargers.
