Boston Bruins announcer Jack Edwards literally jumped for joy when the team tied Tuesday's game.
If you've ever watched a Bruins game on the Boston feed, you're probably pretty aware that announcer Jack Edwards tends to get a little fired up when the hometown team is playing well or does something exciting (keep in mind, this is a guy who once cited the Revolutionary War during a broadcast).
On Tuesday night in a 4-3 shootout loss to the New York Rangers, the Bruins rallied back from a three-goal deficit in the third period and scored two goals in the closing minutes. When Brad Marchand scored the equalizer with 43 seconds to play, Edwards jumped for joy in the broadcast booth.
