Penguins-Bruins game in Boston postponed, will be played Saturday
Friday's scheduled game between the Penguins and Bruins in Boston was postponed. The game will be played on Saturday at 12:30 EDT.
The Penguins were originally scheduled to play at home Saturday against the Buffalo Sabres but that game has been moved to Tuesday night.
The Boston area was on lockdown Friday due to the police situation regarding the manhunt for one of the suspected Boston Marathon bombers. On Friday evening the manhunt ended with the apprehension of the second suspect.
It's the second time this week a Bruins game has been postponed. Monday's game against Ottawa was pushed back to April 28 because of the bombing.
