PHOTO: Martin Brodeur shows off chrome mask for Stadium Series
Devils goalie Martin Broduer is joining the chrome movement for the Stadium Series as his helmet was chromed up and worked in some green for the outdoor game.
For the upcoming Stadium Series games, all the teams are going with a chrome look on their logos (minus those in the Heritage Classic). The New Jersey Devils are not only going with a touch of chrome but will also be bringing back the green in their logo for their game against the Rangers at Yankee Stadium.
Martin Brodeur will be ready. Artist Sylvie Poitras chromed up Brodeur's rather traditional mask design and added some touches of freezing to it as well.
That'll do, Marty, that'll do. Of course it doesn't mean that Brodeur will get the start over Cory Schneider, who could still unveil his own mask for the game (assuming he had one made).
