PHOTO: Teemu Selanne autographs tattoo of Teemu Selanne
One fan in Montreal got the chance to show Teemu Selanne his tattoo of the Finnish Flash and Teemu responded by signing it. Next stop, having that tattooed too.
Who doesn't love Teemu Selanne? It's incredibly difficult to think of a player that is more universally beloved in his sport more than Selanne is in hockey, and that's coming to the fore in this, the final season of Selanne's career and his league-wide farewell tour.
Most fans show their support with hearty applause, signs in the stands or wearing Selanne's jersey. But one guy in Montreal decided to get Selanne tattooed onto his arm with the Ducks logo by the side. With the Ducks in Montreal for a game on Thursday night, he had the chance to show Selanne the tattoo.
Not only did Selanne see it, but he signed the guy's arm right below the tattoo. Next up is a stop at the parlor to have Selanne's ink inked in.

Sure beats the approach of never washing your skin again.
This is undoubtedly not the only Teemu Selanne tattoo in the world, especially given his status back in Finland. But I don't think many are going to be as awesome as this once Selanne's autograph is made a permanent companion to the already existing tattoo. As the Twitter hash tag goes: #TeemuForever.
