VIDEO: Anton Volchenkov ejected for elbowing Brad Marchand
Late in the second period of Wednesday's Bruins-Devils game, New Jersey defenseman Anton Volchenkov was given a five-minute major and a game misconduct for elbowing Brad Marchand. Here's the play.

The NHL will surely be reviewing that play on Thursday. Given that there was contact with the head, Marchand appeared to be injured, and Volchenkov has a history (he was suspended three games for elbowing Zach Boychuk back in February, 2011), he could be facing some supplemental discipline from the league.
The Devils, who were trailing 4-1 at the time, ended up getting a shorthanded goal from Travis Zajac to cut the deficit in half.
