Remember that Rene Bourque from early in the postseason that was a scoring machine for the Canadiens? He returned on Tuesday night in a big way by turning a trick.

Bourque scored in the second period as the Canadiens opened up a lead only to lose it right away against the Rangers. Bourque came right back and beat new Rangers goalie Cam Talbot to regain the lead and give him two goals on the game.

Here's that goal, just about as pretty as the one at the top.

Bourque then completed the hat trick with a goal early in the third period, making sure the cheers weren't the only things flying in Bell Centre.

How wild has this postseason been for Bourque? The hat trick means he now has eight goals in 16 postseason games to go with three assists. During the regular season? Bourque had nine goals and seven assists in 63 games. Talk about finding your game at the right time.
