No team does a pregame ceremony quite like Montreal. The Habs combined the on-ice display we've seen recently with their great history.
You hear it all the time; a trip to Montreal for a playoff game should be on the Bucket List for any hockey fan, Canadiens fan or not. Sunday was a perfect example of why.
When the Canadiens-Lightning series started in Tampa, the on-ice graphics and awesome animation used in the pregame caught the attention of many. Well the Habs can do it too and frankly, they have the history (and austentatiousness) to give any Habs fan goosebumps.
The pagentry that only the Habs can pull off seemed to work in juicing up the arena because the Canadiens came out with incredible jump, punctuated by Rene Bourque's goal just 11 seconds into the game.
