Zadorov scored a goal on two shots, doled out six hits and went plus-2 in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Red Wings.
Zadorov's goal at 11:41 of the first period was his first tally as a Blackhawk. The 25-year-old blueliner has added five assists, 27 shots on net, 83 hits and 32 blocked shots in 23 contests. He mostly fills a defensive role, although he's capable of above-average production in hits and PIM.
Zadorov (undisclosed) was back on the ice for Monday's practice session, Scott Powers of The Athletic reports.
Zadorov might not be the most offensively gifted blueliner but he still managed four goals and nine assists in 64 appearances last year for the Avs. The 25-year-old Russian can probably chip in between 10-15 points in the shortened campaign which makes him a mid-range fantasy option at best.
Zadorov (undisclosed) is considered unfit to participate in Wednesday's practice.
Zadorov has been a full participant in the first two days of camp and didn't appear to suffer an injury Tuesday, so this may be more about maintenance than anything else. For now, there's no reason to believe Zadorov won't be available for next Wednesday's season opener against the Lightning.
The Avalanche traded Zadorov and Anton Lindholm to the Blackhawks for Brandon Saad and Dennis Gilbert on Saturday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
According to Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times, Zadorov signed the Blackhawks' one-year, $3.2 million qualifying offer following the trade. The 25-year-old blueliner was inconsistent with the Avalanche last season, recording 13 points over 64 games, but he performed better in the postseason with five points over 15 contests. Zadorov will continue developing in Chicago and could be a key piece of the team's rebuild if he can shake off the highs and lows of his game.
Zadorov scored a goal, tossed four hits and added 10 PIM in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Stars in Game 6.
Zadorov's tally late in the first period allowed the Avalanche to enter the first intermission on level terms. He later took a misconduct penalty in the third period. It was the Russian blueliner's third goal of the postseason. He's added an assist, 47 hits and 18 PIM through 14 playoff contests.
Zadorov (undisclosed) is available for Sunday's Game 4 versus the Stars, Ryan S. Clark of The Athletic reports.
Zadorov didn't play in the third period of Game 3 due to an undisclosed injury, but head coach Jared Bednar relayed that he'll gear up for Game 4. The 25-year-old blueliner posted a goal and an assist Wednesday, but he's more of a physical threat than a consistent scorer, as he's racked up 38 hits in 11 postseason outings.
Zadorov (undisclosed) scored a goal and added an assist before exiting with an injury in a 6-4 win over the Stars' in Wednesday's Game 3.
Both of Zadorov's points came in the second period, as he scored the game-tying goal and helped out on Andre Burakovsky's go-ahead marker. Zadorov also briefly went to the locker room after a hit from Jamie Benn, but he was able to return to the bench in the third period, although he did not play a shift. The Russian blueliner's status will likely be updated prior to Friday's Game 4. With Erik Johnson (undisclosed) already out with a longer-term injury, losing Zadorov would be a huge blow to the Avalanche's defense corps.
Zadorov scored a goal and added a team-high five hits with two blocks in Wednesday's 7-1 win over Arizona in Game 5.
Zadorov scored his first goal since mid-January when he ventured deep into the offensive zone and deflected a Nathan MacKinnon feed. It snapped a 25-game goal drought for Zadorov and gave the Avalanche a 6-0 lead. The 25-year-old had gone his first eight postseason games without a point.
Zadorov had four goals and 13 points with a plus-6 rating and 65 PIM in 64 games prior to the NHL suspending the season in the middle of March.
Prior to the season's stoppage, the 24-year-old went 17 games without a goal. This drought has put him behind his seven-goal pace from last season and the 2017-18 campaign. The good news is he's continued to be a steady contributor in penalty minutes with 316 PIM in his last 267 NHL games.
Zadorov has zero points with a plus-1 rating and 12 PIM in the last 14 games.
The 2013 first-round pick is at least contributing with plenty of minor penalties, but he hasn't produced a single point in a month. Prior to this drought, Zadorov was on track for a career high in goals and assists, but he may not reach either at this point. He has four goals and 13 points with a plus-9 rating and 61 PIM in 61 games this season.
Zadorov has no points with a plus-2 rating in the last five games.
Since posting two points in three straight contests, Zadorov has gone quiet. More than half of his season's production came in the previous six games (three goals, eight points). Zadorov has four goals and 13 points with a plus-10 rating and 53 PIM in 52 games this season.
Zadorov, for a third straight game, finished with two points in Tuesday's 6-1 win over Buffalo.
The third-pairing defenseman is having an uncharacteristic run of good fortune in the point department recently, now with six points in three games. Zadorov only has found the scoresheet 13 times in 47 games this season, so this hot spell is bound to cool off before too long. The 24-year-old is relevant only in deeper formats.
Zadorov picked up two assists, four hits and two shots on goal in Monday's 6-3 win over the Red Wings.
Zadorov had the secondary assist on goals by Nazem Kadri and Nathan MacKinnon (empty-net) in the third period. The Russian defenseman has racked up a goal, three helpers and 13 hits over his last four outings. The 24-year-old is up to nine points, 131 hits and 49 PIM in 45 games as a bottom-pairing blueliner.
Zadorov scored a goal on four shots, dished three hits and blocked three shots in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Stars.
Zadorov's goal deflected off of a Star before crossing the line to open the scoring at 9:04 of the first period. However fluky, the goal ended an 11-game point drought for the Russian. He's at six points, 121 hits, 50 blocks and 45 PIM in 42 appearances this season.
Zadorov has no points and a minus-4 rating with two PIM and only five shots in the last eight games.
On top of that, he only has one assist and a minus-1 rating in the past 22 contests. Zadorov wasn't supposed to be a huge scorer this season, but he did have seven goals in each of the last two campaigns. He only has one goal and five points in 38 games during 2019-20.
Zadorov has one assist with no goals and an even rating in the last 18 games.
The 24-year-old isn't known for his scoring, but this is a long dry spell even for him. Zadorov had three points in the first six games of the season, and since then, he's posted just two points in 28 contests. Zadorov is best deployed as a PIM specialist. He has one goal and five points with 43 PIM and 102 hits in 34 games this season.
Zadorov continued his pointless streak despite his team's 3-1 victory against the Flyers on Wednesday.
It has been 11 games now since Zadorov posted a point. During that stretch, he has 12 shots, so he's not exactly a great candidate for goals, but he does have three assists (and one goal) this season. Zadorov's real value to owners is in his 43 PIM.
Zadorov has one assist and 24 PIM and 15 shots on net in the last 13 games.
Although he is averaging more than a shot on net per game, those numbers clearly indicate what kind of player Zadorov is for owners. In addition to 39 PIM, he also has 36 hits and 21 blocks to go with his one goal and four points in 19 games.
Zadorov (jaw) produced an assist and two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Canucks.
Zadorov missed three games with the jaw injury. The Russian blueliner picked up his helper on Pierre-Edouard Bellemare's opening goal at 6:56 of the first period. Zadorov now has four points, 39 PIM and 39 hits in 16 games. While he's a physical player, the lack of offense will keep him off the fantasy radar.
Zadorov (jaw) was activated off IR and will play Saturday against the Canucks, Marc Moser of Altitude Sports 950 reports.
Zadorov will likely wear some kind of face protection, as he suffered a broken jaw Nov. 7 against the Predators. It's likely the 24-year-old works on the bottom pairing right off the bat, and his return shouldn't directly affect fantasy owners, as Zadorov has just three points through 15 games.
