In a sports world where hyperbole has come to rule the discourse, the acronym G.O.A.T. -- "Greatest of All-Time" -- gets passed around much too easily. But through an incredible gymnastics career, American Simone Biles has more than earned the right to be called the G.O.A.T. in the gym, and is looking to continue her legacy in the Tokyo Olympics.
With four Olympic gold medals alongside a closet full of World Championship gold, Biles is in a position to continue to once again rewrite the gymnastics history books. She secured a silver medal with Team USA despite pulling out of the team competition, citing mental health issues. Since then, Biles has pulled out of multiple individual final, but is set to return for the balance beam final.
