Here's one way to get the internet's attention during the Olympics.

Sadly these Filipino divers won't be at the 2016 Rio Olympics, but at least they've entered the spotlight as social media is rediscovering their hilarious failures from last summer.

John Elmerson Fabriga and John David Pahoyo scored a pair of zeroes at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore last June as they clumsily splattered onto their backs to finish off their dives.

I mean, embarrassment would be perfectly acceptable in this situation, but did they respond with even the least bit of shame?

Nope.

Instead, they enthusiastically gave each other high fives after each failed attempt as if they'd received perfect scores.

Pahoyo applied some perspective when explaining his reaction, according to Time.

"I even laughed at myself after I did this dive," Pahoyo said in the article. "I am still proud because not all of us has the privilege to represent our own country to such a big sporting event like this. And by the way can I ask all of you if you can still smile after getting embarrassed in front of thousands of people?"

The Johns might not have Olympic skills, but on the scale of unintentional comedy and #BestFriendGoals they easily capture 10s.
